Designed as the smaller version of the commercial Gigamix. The XS blender is ideal for preparations between 40-150L. Ideal for working over long periods, set it and forget it. 

Variable speed is standard and can be sped up or slowed down depending on the recipe. (up to 2,800 rpm).

When not in use the XS Gigamix is designed to be compact and can be easily manoeuvred into place on its wheels.
