Crustastun at L'Oscar London with Welsh Seafood


It’s great to see the hospitality industry firing on four cylinders once more as we gear-up for a marvellous March of events.

Next week sees the Crustastun being used at L’Oscar in London to humanely dispatch live crab and lobster in support of a Welsh Seafood Lunch which will see seventy chefs in attendance.

Throughout the pandemic, when restrictions were on and off, we took the opportunity to don our masks and visit various prolific chefs in their kitchens to showcase this fantastic piece of kit.  We’re delighted that the masks and restrictions have finally come to an end and can look forward to  raising awareness in terms of animal sentience among top UK chefs.

On the 15th and 16th of March, the team will be up north in Manchester for the Northern Restaurant and Bar Show which will bring the northern hospitality industry together for two days of networking, discovery and business improvement.
