Exopan plate 600x400 with 40 madeleines 8 cm. Multi-layer PTFE coated thin steel. Non-stick coating (PFOA-free) for even cooking without greasing preparations with dough only, easy unmolding. Light lubrication during the first uses will prolong the life of the coating. Oven safe for quick colouring. Cleaning in hot water with degreasing products. Fears humidity (dishwasher, refrigerator).
