Exopan savarin open rolled edge 24 cm. Multi-layer PTFE coated thin steel. Stamped in one piece and edged. Non-stick coating (PFOA-free) for even cooking without greasing preparations with dough only, easy unmolding. Light lubrication during the first uses will prolong the life of the coating. Oven safe up to +230C for rapid colouring. Not dishwasher safe. Cleaning in hot water with degreasing products. Fears humidity (dishwasher, refrigerator).
