Exopan cake straight 14 cm. Multi-layer PTFE coated thin steel. Very little flare. Non-stick coating (PFOA-free) for even cooking without greasing preparations with dough only, easy unmolding. Light lubrication during the first uses will prolong the life of the coating. Oven safe for quick colouring. Cleaning in hot water with degreasing products. Fears humidity (dishwasher, refrigerator).
