Silicone mould designed to make refined single-serving desserts, perfect to be used in the oven or in the blast chiller for the preparation of sweet or savoury creations, it resists to temperatures going from - 60°C (-76°F) to +230°C (+446°F). Each cavity of the mould is provided with a special edge that allows to obtain rounded single portions.
Made from LSR silicone which due to the special thermal process that each mould goes through remains odourless, smoke free when heated and any potential harmful toxic residue is removed. Having greater stability and thermal resistance in comparison to metal moulds they remain virtually indestructible and will always return to their original shape.
Reliable
Guaranteed for 3000 uses, the moulds can be used across a temperature range of -60 to +230C and can be taken from one extreme to the other instantly without fear of damaging the mould allowing for all creative realms to be explored.

The kit Tarte Ring Fleur Ø 80 mm by Silikomart Professional is composed by two elements: six rings with a 80 mm diameter in thermoplastic composite crush-proof material suitable for baking and creating the base and a silicone mould made up 6 cavities of Ø 74 h 35 mm each to make a mousse or a cream to lay over the shortcrust pastry.
The larger Truffle mould allows much greater scope for decoration. Each mould has an innovative edge conceived to give a particular rounded shape to the base of pastries and to guarantee an easy and perfect unmould in every single detail.
The kit is composed of two elements: six rings with an 80 mm diameter in thermoplastic composite crush-proof material suitable for baking till 180°C / 356°F and creating the base, and a silicone mould made up of 6 cavities of 67 mm diameter each to make a mousse or a cream to lay over the shortcrust pastry.
