ZEROLL® SPADE  The Ideal Solution for levelling tubs, hand-mixing and hand-packing. Designed to match the radius of ice cream cartons for faster, cleaner knock downs. Simply scrape the side of the carton and level the top of the ice cream to increase yield and prevent ice crystals.   Not dishwasher safe. Extended handle prevents contamination. Hand dipping from bulk ice cream cartons leaves product on the sides. The Zeroll and Zerolon spade's unique curved blades hugs the carton sides; product will not cling and be wasted. The spade can speed up bulk packing. Frequent leveling with the spade helps keep ice crystals from forming and mixing with the ice ceam. Both spades have Zeroll defrosting fluid that helps send hand heat to the blades for easier, faster knickdowns and leveling.
